Project Details
Website: Developed a user-friendly and visually appealing website to strengthen Hioshi’s digital presence.

Packaging & Catalogue: Designed packaging that reflects product quality and durability, plus a detailed catalogue to showcase their offerings.

Social Media: Produced professional short-form videos and promotional content to increase engagement and product visibility.

Marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop): Handled end-to-end management including product photography, design, catalogue uploads, promotional content, and ad optimization for maximum reach and sales.

Results
As a result of our efforts, Hioshi Tools experienced a significant increase in brand visibility and customer engagement.

Over the course of 3 years of collaboration (as of October 2025), we successfully grew Hioshi’s Instagram to 20K+ followers with consistently high engagement rates. This strong social media presence not only strengthened brand awareness but also funneled traffic directly to their e-commerce platforms via profile links and promotional campaigns.

In the marketplace, this momentum was maximized through a combination of strategies including social media integration, ads optimization, and promotional content. The result: several products achieved thousands of sales per item, while Hioshi’s official stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop successfully scaled up to mall-level storefronts—a remarkable achievement that reflects strong, sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market.

Objective
The primary objective of our collaboration with Hioshi Tools was to establish a strong and consistent brand identity across various digital and physical touchpoints.

This included creating an engaging online presence, improving product visibility through professional photography, short form videos and catalogues, and expanding their market reach by leveraging popular e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Our goal was to boost Hioshi Tools’ brand recognition, drive sales growth, particularly in online commerce platforms and enhance their overall customer experience.
