Project Details
We were given the opportunity to help a major player in the generator set industry to build a custom CRM software or often called Sales Force Software. With over 30 years of experience, our client has built two offices that handle sales for different areas of Indonesia. This often causes overlap in potential clients by the two sales teams because there was no centralized database. Our client also needed to monitor their stocks so that sales team can readily give related information such as whether a product is now being built or is now being sent to client.
Results
With a custom software, our client is able to improve their workflow, have an organized client database and helps managers to oversee their team’s performance. We focused on the client’s existing workflow to create this custom software to ensure it helps to enhance and speed up workflow instead of changing the existing one.
Other than customer database, we also add product stock management feature. This helps sales team to give better time estimates to their customers of when the products will be ready. As every steps are recorded, it gives a reliable matrix on evaluating performance at work.
As it is a tailor made software, it gives a huge possibility to integrate and expand the capability of the software to cover other areas such as finance, production, etc.
